Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)

All of our products are sold and shipped through Amazon’s fulfillment network (FBA).
When you click “Buy on Amazon” from our website, you will be redirected to our official Amazon store to complete your purchase securely.

Amazon handles all shipping, packaging, and delivery for our products, ensuring fast, reliable, and fully tracked service.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States through Amazon’s nationwide fulfillment centers.
Depending on the product, Amazon may also offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, subject to availability and local delivery options shown during checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing time: Orders are processed immediately by Amazon upon purchase.

• Delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (if available)

  • Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available in select areas through Amazon Prime

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Amazon and may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it directly in your Amazon account under Your Orders.
Amazon will also send you tracking details by email and/or through the Amazon app.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined by Amazon at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location, Prime membership status, and selected shipping speed.
Many of our products include free shipping for Amazon Prime members.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

1. Go to Your Orders on Amazon.

2. Select the relevant order.

3. Click Problem with Order → Where’s my stuff? and follow the instructions.
   Amazon’s customer service will assist you in tracking, locating, or replacing your order.
